(“VibeCorp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides websites, web applications and related online services, including vibecorp.xyz and any service that links to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Services”). This Notice applies to information collected through the Services and through your communications with us. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that the Services link to, which are governed by their own policies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information stored on your device. Some Services store data, such as content you create and your preferences, locally on your device using your browser's storage. This information remains on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we cannot access it.
2.2 Usage and device information. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Services are used. It collects information such as the pages visited, referring websites, country, browser, operating system and device type. This information is collected without cookies and is used in aggregate.
2.3 Technical information. Our hosting provider processes technical information that is necessary to deliver the Services, such as IP addresses, request times and the pages requested.
2.4 Information you provide. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to include.
2.5 Information we do not collect. The Services do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information or the content you create in the Services, except content you choose to send to us.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Services;
- understand how the Services are used and improve them;
- protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent abuse;
- respond to your messages and requests; and
- comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
4.1 Service providers. We share information with providers that perform services for us, including hosting and analytics (Vercel) and email. They may use the information only to provide those services.
4.2 Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
4.3 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4.4 No sale. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Some Services use your browser's local storage or cache to save your content and preferences and to work offline. You can remove this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
6. Retention
Information stored on your device remains there until you delete it. We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable records. Analytics information is retained by our analytics provider in accordance with its policies.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your own.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Choices
You can delete information stored on your device by clearing your browser's site data. You can limit analytics by using browser settings or extensions that block analytics scripts.
